There is nothing better than the sweet and spicy festive smell drifting through the house at Christmas time. Whether it’s coming home to the fresh pine needle smell from your Christmas tree or gingerbread cookies baking in the oven, it makes me feel so much more cosy and excited for Christmas.
If you have followed me for a while you will know that I am obsessed with candles and home fragrances. I am always burning something at home and I have backups so that I never run out. At Christmas time the options are endless and there is nothing better than ALL the Christmas fragrances.
Today I have put together a little Christmas home fragrance haul/favourites for you. Whether you’re looking for a stocking filler, a gift idea or just a lovely smell to fill your home with – I have you covered.
Home Bargains have been selling these Wickford & Co candles for a little while now and I first picked up the orange one around Halloween and fell in love. I went straight back and bought all the others that I loved. I picked up Vanilla Snowflake, Gingerbread and Warm Apple and Cinnamon. They did have another one that was green and a pine smell, however this was the only one I wasn’t too fussed on. I then went back a few weeks later and found this one with three fragrances in one and I cannot wait to test it out! They are amazingly priced at £2.99 and are meant to burn for around 95 hours! They are so well fragranced and fill your home with their delicious smells.
I also absolutely love the Next diffusers. Next in general are one of my favourite places for home fragrances as they are all so lovely. They are luxurious, but still reasonably priced. I find diffusers perfect for filling your home with a lovely smell even when you’re not there. That way you’re greeted with a beautiful fragrance the minute you walk through the door. My favourites are the luxe diffuser in Antigua and the lemon and bergamot as they are both really fresh. However, sticking with the winter/Christmas theme I have recently fallen in love with Very Berry diffuser. The mulled wine tin candle is also really nice too!
Lastly, I picked up this Gingerbread diffuser from Home Bargains. This is also made by Wickford & Co and was only £1.99! So, those are all of the bits I’m using at the moment to fill my house with my favourite Christmas fragrances. I have also left some other favourites and ideas below.
