I am someone who loves nail varnish … in fact I would say bordering obsessed. I hate my nails when they are bare and you can’t beat that fresh manicure feeling. When I was kindly given this Leighton Denny set for Christmas last year from my bestie, I almost jumped off the sofa with excitement. If I could have painted my nails there and then I would have.
The set comes with 6 polishes in a gorgeous bag. There are 3 solid shades – It’s So Me, Bon Voyage & Make the Boys Wink. Plus there are 3 metallic shades – Too Chic Metallic, Beyond Gold & Fiercely Fabulous. The shade range is stunning and I have already managed to try each of them.
The polish itself is fantastic! Its fast drying and lasts so much longer than some of my other polishes. To top it off it also leaves a really glossy finish, even without a top coat. The formula is so easy to apply and glides onto the nail. I would recommend 2 coats to get an even coverage, but I do that with all of my polishes.

The nail varnishes are normally £11.50 each for 12 mls, but if you can get your hands on a set you can usually save a few pennies. You can purchase the polishes from lots of online retailers such as QVC or if your lucky you may be able to find them in a Marks and Spencer’s store.
I will definitely be keeping my eye out for more of these to add to my collection. I would love to try a nude/taupe colour such as Supermodel.
